ABOUT
CREATIVE
DIRECTION
Frank is a BAFTA and Oscar qualifying director making dream-like films exploring liminality. His BFI-backed debut short Goodbye Python screened at festivals such as Encounters, Iris Prize, BFI Flare, and was broadcast on Channel 4. He received BFI Early Development support for his first feature in 2024 and participated in the BFI South West Director’s Lab in 2025. He is currently finishing a new short film guided by his singular spiritual approach to storytelling, shot entirely without a script.
Beyond directing, Frank enjoys guiding others in creating their visual worlds. He has spent 10 years as a creative curator in film and television, deciphering the visual language of a project from its written form into carefully designed pitch documents. His work includes creating designs for major international production companies, as well as creative consulting on Bryn Chainey’s debut feature, Rabbit Trap.
