A young queer couple on a road trip around the South West of England stumble upon a lost child after wild swimming. An Angel by the Lake is an experimental short that unearths questions around queer identity, family, generational trauma and parenthood. Shot in Dartmoor without a traditional script, the film is set to be released in January 2026.
